Mitchell D. Pawlan, J.D., C.P.A
Mitch is an attorney and C.P.A. and concentrates his law practice in the areas of business law and wealth management. He has been a practicing attorney since 1982 and is also a principal with the accounting firm of Miller Cooper & Co., Ltd. in its estate planning department. Mitch has been a featured speaker for many brokerage firms, professional associations and other organizations.

Mitch received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Illinois State University and his law degree from The John Marshall Law School. He belongs to various Bar associations and is also involved with several different charities.

Lisa A. McDonough, J.D.
Lisa is an attorney and concentrates her practice in the areas of business succession planning, general corporate matters, real estate, contract law and estate planning. She has been practicing law since 1999 and speaks before a variety of groups on various areas of her practice.

Lisa received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Loyola University of Chicago and earned her law degree and a certificate in Environmental and Energy Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law. She belongs to various Bar associations and is also involved with several different charities.

Valerie B. Keer-Dryman
Val is a legal assistant and works closely with Mitch and Lisa in all areas of the practice.

Val attended Loyola University (Chicago) and was previously the executive assistant to the president of a financial services company.
